Not able to login into IDN tenant despite having authenticator in my phone

hey gys,

i am not able to login to my idn tenant despite using correct credential can sdomeone help

i tried all option like problem signing in still cant do

Do you have anyone in your team with Admin rights who could check on your account? Depending on the configuration of your tenant, username might be your “Name” (i.e. firstName lastName), employee number, email address, etc… you’ll need to ask another admin to confirm. Notifications might be also disabled or the recovery options might not be configured to target your email/phone/questions, so they can also fix that to let you in using your recovery method.

Also, if no other admins are around, did you configure any break glass account for emergencies?

If none of the above helps, you may need to contact support (support.sailpoint.com) to get you back in your tenant.

Are you the only admin for your tenant? Maybe someone else can check if your account is in good standing? (someone might have locked/disabled it by mistake)

yes i am the admin .can u pls let me what option to chk so that other admin can chk that ?

You can ask another admin to reset your password.

If you’re unable to log in to your IdentityNow (IDN) tenant even with the correct credentials and troubleshooting options like “Problem Signing In” didn’t help, you might need to contact another admin of your tenant and ask them to invite your identity again.

Sometimes issues with login can arise from identity provisioning, and re-inviting the user could resolve it. Make sure that the admin re-sends the invite to your registered email. If that doesn’t work, you may also want to check if there’s a problem with multi-factor authentication (MFA) or any password policy that might be affecting your access.

Lastly, it’s always a good idea to contact SailPoint support if you’re still unable to log in after trying these steps.

If you don’t have other admins to reset your password then the quickest way to resolve this issue is to submit a support ticket with Sailpoint and request that they send you password reset email or a new invitation to register for the tenant.

even after he reset the password the mail is not coming to me

Hi @Apoorv0802 ,
An workaround could be , ask admin to revert all the mails to himself(hoping it’s a sandbox) , reset password then provide reset link to you.
