Non-Employee Source Date format for Start Date and End Date

I was checking out Non-Employee Source as we could use it for one of the use cases and it seems that, if we are bulk uploading, Start date and End Date fields have to be in ISO8601 format. Using simple yyyy-MM-dd format throws following error.

Is this the case or am I missing something?

I don’t see a reason why users should be forced to use ISO8601 format instead of commonly used yyyy-MM-dd in a csv upload file.

Yes, that;s the case and I don’t think so you can modify the type of the attribute, so you will have to specify ISO format in the file.
