Non-employee risk management workflows: Improving visibility and control

Description

Non-Employee Risk Management workflows sit at the center of how organizations onboard and manage their non-employee workforce. When something goes wrong in a workflow, onboarding, offboarding, and work assignment can stall. Historically, NERM workflows have had two prominent shortcomings: changing configurations could cancel in-flight sessions, and workflow executions have been difficult to troubleshoot when the outcome is not what people expected.

In this session, you will see how see how teams can now track and follow workflow execution across long, branching, or nested flows, to easily focus on specific actions and diagnose problems.
You will also learn how updating a workflow no longer forces you to choose between needed changes and maintaining in-flight work. Together, these enhancements make NERM workflow operations more transparent, more controllable, and a better fit for day-to-day production use. This session is for anyone who builds, integrates, or supports NERM workflows.
