Job Title: Team Leader | SailPoint Master
Compensation Range: $30K - $50K
Job Description:
STEMDO is seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader with expertise in SailPoint and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts to join our remote team. As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized training on the SailPoint platform to our organization’s employees. Your focus will be on designing and developing comprehensive training materials, conducting engaging training sessions, and ensuring employees’ understanding of SailPoint/IAM concepts and functionalities.
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized training on the SailPoint platform and IAM concepts to organization employees.
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, user guides, and hands-on exercises, to ensure effective understanding of SailPoint/IAM concepts and functionalities.
Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions, adapting to the needs and knowledge levels of the participants.
Evaluate employees’ progress during training and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and enhancements in SailPoint/IAM and adjust training content accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the IT team and system administrators to align training programs with the organization’s objectives and requirements.
Provide technical support and resolve queries or issues related to the SailPoint/IAM platform during and after training sessions.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants, and proposing improvements to the training program.
Maintain clear and effective communication with management and human resources teams to ensure successful implementation of training initiatives.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a trainer or instructor, preferably in the field of SailPoint or Identity and Access Management.
In-depth knowledge of the SailPoint platform and its suite of tools, including IdentityIQ and AccessIQ.
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and best practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Adaptability to different learning styles and knowledge levels of participants.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Relevant certifications in SailPoint or IAM are a plus.
