New Capability: Entitlement Types and Schemas UI is available for all the applicable sources

:bangbang: Entitlement types and schemas can now be managed in the user interface for all sources that support entitlements. You can now view and edit schema attributes as well as choose to aggregate all entitlements or select the specific entitlement types you want to include.

Description

We are excited to share that the Entitlement Types and Schemas UI is now available for all applicable sources that support entitlements so that you can get the visibility of all the entitlement schema attributes, add/remove schema attribute from the UI based on your requirement and also apply filter on specific entitlement type while performing entitlement aggregation.

This is applicable to all source types, except for a few specific authoritative sources where only accounts are present. If you are using generic sources such as Web Services or Delimited File—where the UI is already enabled—there will be no impact to your sources.

Entitlement Aggregation Types

In addition to the above capability, where you can see or edit the schema attributes on the UI; you can also choose whether all the types of entitlements needs to be aggregated or select a specific type while performing entitlement aggregation.

Create Entitlement Type

  • The create new entitlement button is currently visible for the all the sources in this page. It is applicable for the generic connectors like Web Services, JDBC, Delimited File and for the connectors where it is explicitly documented in the connector guide. It is recommended to go through the individual connector guide before adding any attribute or type.
