New Capability: Configuration Hub Job Scheduling

Description

Configuration Hub provides a comprehensive, safe, and standardized way to manage configuration changes for Identity Security Cloud tenant environments. With the latest advancement in Configuration Hub functionality, users can now control their job execution and deployments at a more granular level.

New Capabilities

Users can now customize their job and deployments schedules to best fit their business needs.

Problem

Previously, users lacked the ability to customize and automate their configuration backup and deploy jobs and were limited to recieving weekly automated backups for production environments.

Solution

From the Configuration Backup > Create Job Schedule, users have the option to configure jobs to run daily, weekly, or monthly an can even select specific start times and objects to include in the job.

In addition, users can leverage the Schedule Deploy option on the Draft level to set a specific Deploy Date and Deploy Time.

I checked the Configuration Hub on our production tenant but couldn’t find this option yet. I also tried enabling it via API and received the following error: “Scheduled Actions license not enabled for this tenant.”

Is the feature not rolled out yet, or could there be another issue preventing access?
