We are integrating NERM using the Web Service connector. While performing the Create Account operation through an Access Request, the Native ID is coming as ???, which is causing the Add Entitlement step to fail — although the account is being created successfully.
This issue occurs when no response mapping is configured in the Create Account HTTP operation.
However, when we configure the response mapping, we receive the following error after submitting the access request:
“Exception occurred while performing ‘Create’ operation on identity ‘null’: Error: Identity attribute [id] was not found.”
