Hello @swapnasarit did you try to search the profiles by the profiletype through postman? As i can see in the screenshot you provide us, in the ProfileTypeId value you typed the name, not the Id. Regards, Pablo

In ISC source verify that you provided the Profile Type ID of the Profiles you want to import into ISC. If your test connection is successful, there doesn’t seem to be any other issue than an incorrect profile_type_id value.

Can you share your Account Aggregation endpoint configuration? It should look like this [image]

If you’re using the out of the box for use check postman and get all your profiles. If there are no accounts in the NERM system you will all get a failure so i would add some users if you have nor as well
