I’m working on configuring NERM to observe and understand its settings. While attempting Account Aggregation in my ISC tenant, I’m encountering the error “no profiles found, http_status: 400.”
Here’s a breakdown of the steps I’ve taken so far:
API Creation: I’ve created an API.
Portal and User Creation: I’ve created a portal and a portal user.
User Permissions: The portal user has been granted all necessary permissions from NERM.
User Onboarding: I’ve invited the portal user, registered them, and logged them into the NERM portal.
Profile Type and Organization Creation: I’ve created a Profile Type with permissions for all roles, along with an Organization and Population.
After completing these steps, I logged in as the portal user, created a new non-employee, and approved their onboarding request. Additionally, I’ve created a source in ISC and verified that the test connection is successful.
Finally, I’ve added a new attribute to the accounts schema for the profile type ID.
Despite these steps, I’m still encountering the “no profiles found” error.
In ISC source verify that you provided the Profile Type ID of the Profiles you want to import into ISC. If your test connection is successful, there doesn’t seem to be any other issue than an incorrect profile_type_id value.
@sharvari thank you for your response.
I cross checked my configuration and the value I am passing for profile type id is correct. Below are the screenshot for your reference.
If you’re using the out of the box for use check postman and get all your profiles. If there are no accounts in the NERM system you will all get a failure so i would add some users if you have nor as well
