If you still can’t get the phone number format in sync between Workday and Active Directory, you could:

  1. Create identity attribute WORKDAY PHONE. Map this to the Workday Phone Number.
  2. Use Work Phone Number (or Create AD PHONE), create a transform that updates the Workday Phone to the AD Phone format.
  3. Use the Work Phone Number in Attribute Sync. Since the format of the attribute is matching, it should only trigger updates when the data changes.
