If you still can’t get the phone number format in sync between Workday and Active Directory, you could:
- Create identity attribute WORKDAY PHONE. Map this to the Workday Phone Number.
- Use Work Phone Number (or Create AD PHONE), create a transform that updates the Workday Phone to the AD Phone format.
- Use the Work Phone Number in Attribute Sync. Since the format of the attribute is matching, it should only trigger updates when the data changes.
