Hi @sahincelik ,
To manage users who have multiple accounts on a single source, it is advisable to split those accounts into two different sources to handle this usecase. If splitting is not possible then reach out to SailPoint Support to get the “Muti-account Access Request” feature enabled to your tenant.
Following are the links for more information on this usecase:
- Discovery (closed): In Discovery: Multi-account Access Requests
- Idea: https://ideas.sailpoint.com/ideas/GOV-I-1411
Only few customers have this feature with limited availability to select the account to provision the access to a specific account.
Following are few topics, to deal with this scenario:
- How to auto-select a particular/main account for provisioning while requesting access to a multi-forest Active Directory source in Request Center?
- Provisioning Criteria for Multiple Accounts (Request Access) - #2 by anneragh
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Vijay
