We are struggling to manage users who has multiple accounts on specific sources. I understand that “Multiple Account Selection” option in Access Profiles only applicable for automated provisioning. Then in this case how we can manage users with multiple accounts when it comes to manual access requests? Does anybody have any idea? Thanks in advance!
To manage users who have multiple accounts on a single source, it is advisable to split those accounts into two different sources to handle this usecase. If splitting is not possible then reach out to SailPoint Support to get the “Muti-account Access Request” feature enabled to your tenant.
