Mover Event Trigger Issue

Hi everyone
I have a rapid setup mover event set up with more than one trigger related to attribute changes.
For some reason the event was triggered for two identities. But this is not correct since the users did not suffer any change in the attributes that have been configured in the trigger. I have reviewed the snapshots of these users and everything is exactly the same before and after the mover event was triggered. Therefore I have not been able to identify the reason why the event was triggered.

Any ideas on what could be happening?

What are all the condition configured to trigger the mover in rapid setup?
If possible, share the move event of affected identity.

looking the documentation and community, I dont find anything that justifies this behavior.

So, either the identity has the conditions for mover or mover process has a problem.

In your case, the mover starts for all identities that change ID Rol de Negocio or ID Dep+Nombre cargo and when ID Empleado maintains the value.
Are you sure that none of these conditions have occurred?

  1. Same IDEmpleado and different ID Rol
  2. Same IDEmpleado and different ID Dep and different Nombre cargo

Also, you can have a problem on this trigger, something got corrupted. Into Debug, search RapidSetupConfiguration in Configuration objects and check if you see something strange on Mover configuration or delete and recompose the trigger from UI.

I dont think the problems is on trigger, otherwise the compromised identities would be more
