Before you start, a couple of things that will save you time. This connector is only available from 8.4p3 onwards (and 8.5 natively), so if you’re on an earlier 8.4 patch, it won’t show up. SailPoint confirmed this in the release announcement.
Also, this is a SaaS connector, not a traditional direct connector, so you will need the SaaS Connectivity framework set up in your IIQ environment. On the Azure DevOps side, you’ll need a Personal Access Token (PAT) with two scopes: vso.graph and vso.graph_manage.

does it support OnPrem Azure Devops ?
@kumarpsinha No, the official SailPoint Microsoft Azure DevOps connector does not support the on-premises version.
Since Azure DevOps Server exposes a rich set of on-premises REST APIs, you can configure a standard SailPoint Web Services connector to handle account aggregation, group aggregation, and provisioning.
