Mapping b/w Delimited Source and BuildMap Rule - ConnectorException Issue

Hi Team,

We have created a basic delimited source, updated the account schema, correlation, added a basic BuildMap Rule. The cited BuildMap Rule is added and mapped to the source via the command as under:
“buildMapRule”: “TestMyVisionExpressRule”,

However, we are getting the below error during account aggregation:
“sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Rule: TestMyVisionExpressRule not found”

Please find attached the 2 screenshots wherein we can see the mapping b/w source & BuildMap Rule and also the cited error.

This activity was done for almost 10 disconnected sources; however, we never faced this issue earlier.

Seek your help on this.

Did you check, with a backup if that is the correct name of the rule? maybe is that issue or it is not a buildmaprule type

Hi @pablonovoa,

The cited rule is a BuildMap rule only and also the name of the rule is exactly mentioned in the source also.
As a double check, we have pulled the BuildMap rule via Postman and ensured that the rule name is matching.

That sounds very strange, the best way to solve it will be talking with the SailPoint Support Team to reach out what is happening because apparently is on their side.

@kartheek_gopu Could you try removing the rule from source and add it again (PATCH) and see if it works? Make sure you give correct Rule ID and Rule name while adding again.
