When a Manager makes a bad decision during a Manager Certification and the application has been onboarded utilizing a delimited file, the Manager cannot correct their error by reordering in IIQ because IIQ still believes the associate has the entitlement since the new delimited file has not been submitted yet. In some cases, this could be up to 30 days before the new file is received. Is there a way to correctly remove this entitlement as a single action from IIQ so the Manager will not have to wait until the next delimited file?
Ideally you would want to correct your file, as even though you have removed the entitlement in IIQ - it will still be picked up in the next scheduled aggregation. if you want to remove it just in IIQ, you can do it via debug page or programmatically through various cert/cert stage rules(but that will apply to new certifications) . You can also write a report in IIQ for “items revoked but not removed” items. Refer - Item Was Revoked but Has Not Been Removed - Items Database Query - Compass (sailpoint.com)
And use this to manually remediate items
Good morning, Aditya,
