Hi All,

We would like to request Fire Fighter account on SAP GRC in IdentityIQ. Looking for your insights and experience for managing Fire Fighter accounts in IIQ…for example, Can we use Quick Link/Custom Workflows to submit request Fire Fighter on GRC

Why not use Manage Access Page despite of creating a new Quicklink ?

Yes I agree with @vishal_kejriwal1 , we can use the OOTB Manage access process for this process

Hi Vishal,

Have you tried requesting/managing Fire Fighter accounts via Manage Access? I understand that Fire Fighter account is granted to SAP GRC users to have elevated access for limited time. In other words, Privileged Account Management in GRC is driven through Fire Fighter accounts.
