[IIQ]SAP GRC Access Management mode with approval in SAP GRC side

Hi all,

I am integrating SAP GRC in IIQ 8.4p1 in Acess Management mode.
SAP GRC have approvals enabled.

My use case is as follows:

  • There are some business roles in IIQ that have an assignment rule based on the value of an identity attribute. These business roles contain IT roles that have entitlements from SAP GRC aggregates.
  • When the refresh task is launched for the identities if the account does not exist in SAP GRC the request to create a new account is launched correctly in SAP GRC and I observe in the provisioningTransaction the requestID returned by SAP GRC and that the request is in a queued state.
  • So far everything is correct
  • From here is where my doubt arises.
  • The SAP team approves the request, and my question is, how can I check or capture in IIQ, that the request has been processed or changed to commited status? I need to capture it to be able to continue with the next steps of the integration.

PS: I have tried with the Perform Maintenance and Perform Identity Request Maintenance tasks but nothing happens.
PS1: If I do the test from Manage access I can capture it, but it is not the use case that will be used in the client because everything is assigned by roles by belonging to that identity attribute as I said before.

Anyone have a suggestion?
