Does IdentityNow support the capability to provide localized descriptions of access?
From the documentation and object data models this does not look to be supported, but it is supported in IdentityIQ.

I doubt currently this is supported, did not find any documentation related to the same. You can raise a Sailpoint support ticket to get more details.
