Limit of Governance Group creation in ISC

Hi Team,

Does anyone know what is the limit of governance group we can create in ISC. With our current client we have around ~14K, is that feasible ?

There is no strict limit on governance groups as such and I have seen number as high as 1000 but 14k is very high number
