We are observing a pattern if the lifecycle state change is changed or set manually, we generally would see as Inactive(Manual) rather than (Automatic)
If the source of truth tries to make it as active again, it is not able to change from inactive to active from SoT aggregation. Is this expected behaviour when modified manually or from API call?

Hi Archana,
Once a lifecycle state has been set manually, aggregation from source will ignore the attribute for that user until a change has been detected.
If you want to bring the management back to “Automatic” you will need to modify the attribute on the target source for the user and re-aggregate. Once IDN detects a change in the source’s mapped attribute, it will re-calculate lifecycle state “automatically” and should remove the “manual” management state.
