Today, when an identity is deactivated directly by Leaver, if it has correlated delimited sources, only one ticket is generated in Jira to deactivate all accounts.
We wanted to change this scenario so that when the deactivation occurs by Leaver, IDN opens a ticket for each delimited source in JIRA.
(This way, we can more accurately count how many tickets were manually answered by analysts)
How could I make this change?
Do you only have one SDIM for JIRA that lists all the sources? If so maybe switch to an individual SDIM per source.
Hi @kaiolima , We encountered a similar situation and had to modify the general details using a ‘before provision’ connector rule for Jira. Another solution is to create a custom connector; however, both options will require maintenance.
I don’t think it is currently not possible for IDN to open a ticket for each delimited source in JIRA once a plan is created.
