IT Roles creation - issue in simple view

Hi All,

When I create the IT role using the rule, it is correctly created in debug mode. but, in the UI, the groups are displayed differently. For other roles, clicking ‘Advanced View’ shows the logic as expected, but I haven’t clicked ‘Advanced View’ myself. The UI is showing a simple view, and I’m unable to make changes to it.

can anyone please give any suggestion for this

Hi @Ranjith25,

Please verify if the memberOf attribute is currently selected as managed

memberOf attribute is not selected as managed, simple view will be grayed out and open in advance view by default.

Share your bunlde.xml and rule xml

It could be entitlement name case issue , check if the name matches exactly . these are case sensitive .
