Issue with web services application type group aggregation

Hi all,
we have successfully onboarded an application and also test connection successfully, but while running aggregation is completed/ success but sailpoint is not fetching the group from the application end
below are application detail:
application type: web-services
authentication method :- API token

please guide me regarding this.

Could you provide more details about the application you are connecting to?
Are you encountering any errors while running group aggregation?
Are you using any before or after rules for the group aggregation?
Also, do you see any errors in the logs?"
