We have a active Manager Access review in production, when a manager tried to revoke access on few entitlements able to see attached error on SailPoint UI.
Any help on this will be highly appreciated

In this error message you can see few ids like workitem id , certification id , group id . As a starting step did you check if object exists with this id ?
