What problem are you observing?
SailPoint CSV export is improperly formatted, everything is dumped on one line.
What is the correct behavior?
CSV should be:
- fields separated by commas
- records separated by new lines

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Go to ISC » System Settings » Product Branding » From Address
- Add a domain ( Setting Custom 'From:' Addresses - SailPoint Identity Services )
- Click on CSV Export
- Open the export / try to parse it
