ISC - ServiceNow Catalog Integration - Duplicate Work Notes

Hello Everyone

We have completed the ISC - Service Catalog and ServiceDesk integration. After submitting a Role on the ServiceNow the REQ and RITM is getting generated and assigned to an assignment group which is the expectation since the request is for a disconnected application. But I can see duplicate work notes getting generated which is causing multiple notifications. Is this the OOTB behavior ?.
