ServiceNow Service Desk Integration

Hi everyone, Good Day!

we have integrated ServiceNow Service Desk integration to create the Manual Fulfillment tickets for the Disconnected application (Applications for which No Direct Connector Available for SailPoint IDN). When we combine/add the 2 entitlements of these Disconnected applications in a Role the SDIM is creating 4 SDIM REQ tickets with two RITM in each & two of REQ tickets are getting mapped to the Parent Catalog ticket & the other two not. We have tested the Scenario with Out of box SDIM configuration except the correlation Id (to map with the Parent catalog RITM) No additional ticket creation Fileds have been added. if someone encounter this please help me to understand is this expected Out of box behavior of the Integration.

FYI: we are using the Delimited source for each application & using the same Catalog SYS_ID in SDIM integration catalog configuration.
