We noticed that our attribute sync got stuck and queued up for days. It stayed with 0 workers as you can see below.
I reached out to SailPoint Support about this, after which they manually fixed the issue for this particular case. Later I noticed the same issue in a different environment, after which they again manually fixed the issue for this particular case.
I wanted to prevent this from getting repetitive and preferred them to fix the cause of the issue as well instead of only fixing the symptoms when the issue occurred. So I asked Support what was the reason for attribute sync to get stuck and what was done to prevent this from occuring again.
I then got this reply from SailPoint Support:
Posting this here for awareness. You might want to check if your attribute sync is stuck on your environments in case the same has happened to you as well. And if it happens, you unfortunately need to reach out to SailPoint Support to manually get it unstuck again.
