Is there a way to track what has been modified/changed on an object

Hello Community,
Is there a way we can track "what has been changed " for an object like application/Policy/Rule etc.
we can only see the modified date and who did that via Syslog/Audit is there any other way we could track what has been changed something like Identity Snapshot history

With OOTB, I don’t see a way to keep tracking of what has been changed. As you mentioned, we can see when the object has been modified and by whom.
