Is there a way to suppress the “My Work” option in Self service and keep just the approval option in IIQ? I don’t see any OOTB option in Quicklink configurations. The intention is to not listing the irrelevant options in the menus such as access reviews, policy violations etc.
No, there is no configuration option to hide or remove these menu options, as they are provided by default. All users have access to them as part of their standard permissions, so that they can view and take action on any type of Work Item related to Policy Violations or Access Reviews which are assigned to them. You might be able to use a custom IdentityIQ Plugin to hide these options
