After creation of cert, no report shows the actual cert definition/criteria/what I actually selected during the creation. It just shows ***** on UI/report & shows type: Search when I pull cert using API. None of the campaign reports show these details either.
In this case, I selected a specific group: Audit team is keen to know what was actually selected/criteria for launching this cert.

When we go with specific Identites/access Item I select option then this tend to happen but, you should be able to leaverage the campaign status report to actually look at which identities and access items were selected and maybe extract the userlist from targeted application and compare with the campaign report to find any gaps.
