Is it possible for Success Factors to bring the employee's main registration number?

We are facing a situation in SuccessFactors where employees who have multiple enrollments are being assigned to an incorrect enrollment (either the oldest or the most recent). However, we have a primary enrollment defined for each employee, and we would like to know if there is a way to configure the system to always bring this primary enrollment.

Has anyone experienced this or knows if it is possible to configure this functionality in SuccessFactors? If so, how can we configure it?
