Hello All,

Request your support in getting the below sections updated:

  • Connecting SailPoint and Web Services > Configuration Parameters
For this, there is no mention about which JSON path on the source object should these configuration parameter should be patched in
  • Configuring Web Services for Integration > Add Entitlements When Enabling Accounts
The references mentioned here are in XML which is for IIQ and not ISC
  • Configuring Web Services for Integration > Remove Entitlements When Disabling Accounts
Similarly, the references mentioned here are in XML which is for IIQ and not ISC

Majority of the references in the ISC Web Services connector document point to IIQ based language/verbiage. Some source config patches, troubleshooting configuration is in XML which is for IIQ and not ISC. For this document, it must be JSON objects and the root path for the patches must be clearly provided as per ISC which is contradicting and confusing to a lot of developers. This has been the case so many years now.

Web Services is a widely used connector and some outdated content on this document gets quite confusing.

Can we get this entire documentation reviewed and above pointers fixed based off the feedback? This would be of great help.

Thanks,
Arshad.
