Install iiq on sql server warning exception encountered during context initialization

IAM trying to install IIQ on sql server done the required steps with getting the latest jdbc driver in the lib folder and the server can connect the sql db and created the required dbs using the script provided in directory yet i get this error always. could not process key URL in propertyOverrideConfigurer… exception encountered during the contest initializing cancelling factory bean initialization exception

properties file is configured correctly updated with the correct username and
iiq.properties (16.4 KB)
password also this is the file upload

[enistri_devo (Emanuele Nistri)]

you need to comment the first line and for the other connection configurations too.
