In Disable lifecycle state I have configured AD account as disabled in identity profile > provisioning but still AD is coming enable . What might be the issue anyone faced it?

during Disable lifecycle state for a user I have configured AD account as disabled in identity profile > provisioning but still AD is coming enable . What might be the issue anyone faced it?

Hi @Rakesh_Singh_1234 , As AD is a Direct connector there is no additional configuration needs to be done for disable operation,

can you provide more information like are you getting any error in the Events once the disable operation is completed, also check if Service account has required permissions, Is there any disable profile setup, is there any after Modify or before Modify script setup, etc…

If you have any rules associated with AD ,remove them and try to disable AD. Sometimes if rules have any issues , it affects disable/enablement.

Active Directory (AD) will only be disabled when a user transitions into the ‘Disable’ lifecycle state from a different state. Users who are already in the ‘Disable’ state will not be affected.
