Hi all.
Currently we’re using DynaTrace as our alerting/monitoring tool for our Sailpoint IdentityIQ environment. We have a total of 8 servers (2 UI/6 Task) and 1 DB that we’re currently monitoring through DynaTrace. I was wondering if there are any documentation on best practices and recommendations on how to setup DynaTrace (or any similar monitoring solutions) that Sailpoint has provided? Also, would love to hear from other folks who use similar proactive alerting/monitoring practices for their IIQ environment.
Basically we want to understand from the configurations such as what to look for on an infrastructure level, recommended cpu/mem/jvm usage baselines, warning/alerting baseline, etc. Any help appreciated!
