Hi @mautusi_dey It looks like a branding issue. I think your organization customized branding, it might be a branding issue. I don’t think it is an issue in the plain vanilla version. Try your custom branding file, it will show a small CSS issue.

Nothing unusual in custom message properties. Could you please try what @Peddapolu suggested. Try removing the branding and see if it shows the label or not.

I dont know what was the issue. But what I did is just removed the branding all together, then once it showed with the OOTB CSS. I started putting the branding again one by one and its now working with custom CSS as well. So not sure why earlier it was not working.
