Workday Delta Aggregation Fetching Old Worker Data

Version: IIQ 8.4p3
Environment: Production

Issue:
After upgrading from 8.3p2 → 8.4p3, Workday delta aggregation is picking up old worker record data.

Example:
Contractor (LWD: 03/10/2021) → Employee → Contractor (Future Hire: 05/02/2026)
Delta aggregation still picks LWD from old contractor record.

Expected:
Only the latest effective worker record should be considered.

Impact:
Incorrect identity attributes and lifecycle states.

Ask:

  • Is this a known issue in 8.4p3?
  • Any fix/patch or recommended config to ensure latest worker record selection?

@DMalaghe1993 I think this could be happening because effective date is in future and current value is old date only. Could you please check with WD team on this once?

It looks like Workday has old record of the contractor. Can you check with Workday team?
