Hi community,

we have the following prerequisites :

Forest 1: e.g. forest.local

Domain 1: e.g. domain1.forest.local

Domain 2: e.g. domain2.forest.local

Questions:

  1. Is it appropriate to create two separate sources for the two domains?
  2. Is it possible to create a single source? If so, which service account should be used for the “Forest Settings” section (the one from Domain 1 or the one from Domain 2, or does it not matter)?

Hi @psalat8887100 ,

I would suggest to create 2 different sources for each domain so that you can manage the accounts and entitlements separately and also implement provisioning, onboarding and offboarding process separately as per requirement of each domain.
