When I try to update an identity attribute to be mapped to another attribute, I encounter the error: “Referenced authoritative (1) source is not found” in the sandbox. Additionally, when I attempt to preview the mapping for some users, I receive the following error:
"{“detailCode”:“400.1.404 Referenced object not found”,“trackingId”:“25e862334b91449ba3f786700e3d90c1”,“messages”:[{“locale”:“en-US”,“localeOrigin”:“DEFAULT”,“text”:“Referenced Authoritative Source "{1}" was not found.”}],“causes”:}
"
I have only started encountering this error in the past few days.
Can you check from Postman or Visual Studio, how the JSON looks for respective authoritative source? Also, check whether in the identity profile, the source name is referred correctly? Check this using POSTMAN or Visual Code Plugin of ISC.
It might be the case that during the respective identity profile creation, there could be have some issues with ISC (may be network/latency) due to which the identity profile configurations might have not have been saved properly.
By any chance, did you create any other identity profile after creating the one which is throwing you the exception? If yes, are you facing same kind of an issue there as well?
HI @ragavi ,
As you mentioned, the ID profile has not been altered and the name remains unchanged. I suggest opening a support ticket if the issue persists.
