Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

Issue is related to the Forwarding endDate set in Identity preferences.
A user has selected the forwarding user and set forwarding start date as 10.11.2023 and end date as 05.12.2023
even after the date has been passed, still the workitems get forwarded to the forwarding user.
what could be the problem for this ?

Can you check the Global forwarding rule, what is the logic you are having, can you share that if possible.
