Is it expected that when a new account on an authoritative source appears resulting in the creation of a new identity and the identity attributes are first evaluated, that the Identity Attributes Changed trigger does not fire?

Is it expected that this trigger only fires after the identity is created?

If so, does the trigger still fire when the old value is null (unset) and the new value is set?

@josephcasale I don’t think it will trigger for the old value is null and new value change.
