Identities do not reflect deleted groups

I had several thousand groups removed from an Entra ID connector.

Several identities had accounts with membership in those groups, and now the product appears to be in a state of disarray.

The entitlement count shows the same number before the groups were removed, but the actual access/entitlements list below is far less.

While most of the groups do not appear in the list, a small number do and are only represented by the object id of the group, and the source name is no longer a hyperlink like the others.

Has anyone else seen this?

Do you have detect deleted percentage configured?

Hello,
Yes I have it set to 100%.

Over the past few days, the behavior seems to change, it looks like a combination of a bug and database indexing problems.

The UI indicated n entitlements existed but only showed a fraction (this was not due to paging the list view).

Now are entitlements are back again, but unnamed (they just show the guid in place of the name).
