Hi all.
When I try to remove access from the Manage Access page, I am not able to select the entitlement for a certain application(the icon does not show up beside the entitlement)
Am I missing something?

can you add the xml for the “Request Access” quicklink?
The Entitlement where the remove icon is showing have the value of status as Assigned, but the other entitlement does not have the status. Can you please check how that Entitlement got assigned to the user.
Also there must be a Rule set for Remove Entitlement under Quicklink options, in global settings. you can check that too
Go to global setting , quicklink population, select everyone , then request access . change it there
