How to view hidden identities

At the bottom of Loading Account Data - SailPoint Identity Services (see blockquote below), it says there is something called a hidden identity. Is there any way to see the hidden identities?

When looking at uncorrelated accounts, they have an identityId attribute with a value populated, but searching for identities with an id of that value yields no results. Is it because it’s the id of a hidden identity?

If any of these conditions prevent the identity from being deleted, it will remain in IdentityNow as a hidden identity.

  • Since it will not be connected to any identity profile, its last name, email, and UID values will no longer be mapped, and the identity will not appear in the Identity List.
  • All accounts previously correlated to the identity will remain attached to the hidden identity, but they will be treated as uncorrelated accounts since their associated identity is not an authoritative identity.

Was there ever an answer to this? We have accounts that keep getting correlated to identities that seem to be hidden identities and we can’t find them anywhere, as opposed to the accounts getting correlated to the correct identities.
