Problem statement:
New identity account created for re-hire identity instead of taking existing identity.
IIQ 8.3
Authoritative application : delimited file
Target application : AD
So, what steps I’ve to follow to troubleshoot the issue and how I can test the same on testing environment.
@Mandar45 is Correlation Rules configured properly ? can you give some details what you are doing in rehire ? Does this rehire happen after AD account deletion?
Hi Kumar Ranjan,
Basically, two users are created in IIQ and AD and disabled those account after 2 days, after disabling accounts are moved in quarantine OU in AD and and those entry has been removed from HRMS system.
After 2 days, two user has been rehired and successfully created in IIQ and AD however we observed those users created with new entry instead of taking old record in both IIQ and AD.
So, I need to understand process how I can replicate the same on lower environment to validate the functionality and what are the check points to avoid the duplication.
