We are managing the disconnected applications via ServiceNow Integration. When we are generating the certification campaign and revoking the access request to user for any disconnect app by passing some comments. ServiceNow ticket is generating without the comments.
Could some one please suggest is there any way to pass the (certification revocation) comments in Snow ticket
