How to mark certification item as undecided if manager has not taken any decision?
How to see those undecided item via API?

How can we mark certification item as undecided from UI if manager has not taken any decision? Or it will be done automatically?

Certification status is updated to predefined values based on the stage completed during the campaign. I don’t think these can be manually changed

Got this result form the endpoint https://sailpoint.api.identitynow.com/v3/certifications/:id/access-review-items.
For e.g:

So, in this case the decision will be undecided (“decision”: “UNDECIDED”)?

I am not sure I understood your original question. What exactly is “UNDECIDED”? No action taken or Approved current access?

Or are you referring to this when you say UNDECIDED
