We are integrating a SAP Direct application but we are facing issues in the provisioning process due to a requirement not supported by sailpoint.

We are trying to implement it where the users can request the entitlement or role, and the approval process can be on sailpoint but we don’t want the provisioning to happen and just to have a manual activity notification.

Is that possible?

Hi @AhmedWaleed,

you can remove PROVISIONING, SYNC_PROVISIONING from featuresString on application xml to disable the provisioning

Yes, you will see the manual work item created once the approvals are completed.

If you remove this string from featureString you block every provisioning to SAP.
what do you mean by manual activity?
